Employee falls from ladder, fractures leg and thumb
Investigation abstract
At 9:15 a.m. on January 6, 2022, an employee removed a window while working from a ladder. While working, the ladder slipped out and the employee fell approximately eight feet. The employee was taken to the hospital and admitted to treat fractures to the leg and thumb.
