Investigation abstract
An employee worked as an air traffic controller when he was in close contact with four coworkers who were on administrative leave due to COVID-19 exposure. The employee's last day of work was on September 9, 2021, and he requested sick leave on September 12, 2021. The employee was hospitalized on September 18, 2021, and died at 6:45 a.m. on September 26, 2021.
