Employee suffers heart attack carrying pallet and dies
Investigation abstract
At 10:00 a.m. on August 14, 2021, an employee was carrying a heavy four-foot by six-foot pallet when he suffered a heart attack. The employee was found face down with the pallet partially on his back. The employee was pronounced dead at the scene.
