Investigation abstract
At 7:15 a.m. on February 1, 2022, an employee was setting up the Unifiller Injector for production. A blockage occurred in the rotary valve, which supplies cr�me filling to the injector. The employee placed her finger into the valve orifice to clear the blockage. The machine cycled, amputating her fingertip. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
