Investigation abstract
An employee worked as full time MRI Technician in a hospital radiology was hospitalized on the same day. On August 29, 2021, the employee was discharged from the hospital on antibiotics and steroids. On October 22, 2021, the employee returned to work. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative, but no deficiencies were found. department.
