Employee is killed by gunshot

Investigation abstract

At 10:00 p.m. on February 19, 2022, an employee started his shift. He changed employee went around the building, he told dispatch that the individuals had run off, but were still on the lot. At that time, he could not see them, because they had ducked down. The dispatcher told him that there was one person left behind. He pulled back his vehicle and went to the other side of the lot, where the individuals had previously run towards. At that time, the dispatcher indicated to the employee that there was one more person, and that s/he was approaching him from behind. Then, the employee told the dispatcher he was shot. The employee suffered a gunshot wound to the chest while he was still inside the patrol truck. He was instructed to apply pressure to the wound until the police got there. The police arrived at the site, first Conyers Police then Dekalb from his personal vehicle to a patrol vehicle. The patrol truck had markings, Police. The employer was notified at 11:18 pm and arrived at the site at 11:24 when the employee was being transported to the ambulance after receiving CPR. He was transported to the hospital, where he died from the injuries sustained from the gunshot. sirens, and lights that identified him as a security officer. As a standard procedure, the employee called, at the beginning of his shift, the video monitoring agents (dispatchers) on duty, confirming his location with GPS. At 11:00 p.m., a dispatch agent contacted the employee, and notified him that five people were running in the parking lot.
