Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working in a residential care facility when she was exposed to residents and coworkers infected with COVID-19. The employee was home when she began to feel symptomatic for COVID-19. The employee contracted COVID-19 and subsequently died from her infection at 6:30 a.m. on September 14, 2021.
