At 11:00 a.m. on September 21, 2021, an employee working as a housekeeper for a environmental services company was at lunch. He stopped to help a coworker lift a toilet into a trash container when the toilet hit the metal door frame of the trash container. The porcelain broke and struck the employee on the arm. The employee was hospitalized to treat a lacerated forearm.
