Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
On January 20, 2022, an employee who worked in a clerical position for a spice for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative. manufacturer died from pneumonia and COVID-19. The employee had been on vacation and was away from work for ten days just prior to her illness. The employee had been travelling with her spouse who also works for the employer at the same facility. Several of her coworkers tested positive at the facility, mostly Leads and Supervisors. The employee's husband said she returned to work for two days on January 4, 2022, and January 5, 2022, following the trip. The employee's daughter also said the employee went to work on January 6, 2022. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls
