At 5:30 p.m. on January 27, 2022, an employee who worked as a Correctional Officer for a State Prison was hospitalized with COVID-19. On January 13, 2022, the employee, who works first watch, worked his last day. On January 11, 2022, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. On January 27, 2022, the employer conducted contact tracing, but the results were not indicated in the narrative.
