EMPLOYEE WITH COVID-19 INFECTION IS HOSPITALIZED
Investigation abstract
On October 24, 2021, an employee who worked in an unspecified job for a cancer c enter was hospitalized for treatement of COVID-19. On the same day, the employee was tested for COVID-19 which came back positive. The employee's last day at wo rk was October 22, 2021. The facility only offers outpatient services and does n ot have COVID-19 units or negative pressure isolation rooms. The employee's dura tion of hospitization is not known, but he was hospitalized over 24 hours. The d ate, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narr ative.
