EMPLOYEE INCURS MULTIPLE INJURIES IN FALL FROM FORKLIFT ON L
Investigation abstract
At 04:30 p.m. on February 23, 2022, an employee was moving pallets of inventory while unloading a truck with a forklift. The truck suddenly left the dock causin g the forklift to fall between the gap of the dock and the truck. The employee fell to the ground hitting his head and was admitted and treated at the hospita l for lacerations to the head and possible rib fractures.
