Investigation abstract
Two employees were working as drivers for a company that provided transportation for residents who required medical, physical, and social assistance. On November 17, 2021, Employee #1 was transported to a regional medical center for treatment of complications from a COVID-19 infection. On November 22, 2021, Employee #2 was transported to a regional medical center for treatment of complications from a COVID-19 infection. Both employees recovered from their infections.
