Employee is found unresponsive
Investigation abstract
At 7:44 a.m. on February 2, 2022, an employee was bringing animals into the clinic, speaking with customers, and prior to the incident had been speaking with the clinic manager. The employee was speaking with the clinic manager, when she stated that she felt light-headed. The clinic manager went to retrieve food for the employee. Upon the clinic manager's return, s/he observed the employee slouched over and unresponsive in the lobby. The employee was found unresponsive at the jobsite and transported to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. There were no jobsite hazards that the employee was exposed to.
