Employee dies from heart attack
Investigation abstract
At 11:30 p.m. on September 20, 2021, an employee was found by a coworker unconscious on the floor next to his stool. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was administered and the employee was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The employee died due to a heart attack.
