Investigation abstract
On August 23, 2021, an employee who worked as a Registered Nurse for a community hospital was hospitalized with COVID-19. The employee had been performing her job duties as a nurse prior to contracting the virus. She went to the hospital due experiencing shortness of breath and the fact that she was pregnant.
