Investigation abstract

At 7:40 a.m. on May 2, 2022, an employee, a laborer, was found alone, found not breathing and unresponsive in his personal vehicle, and EMS and law enforcement were contacted around 7:30 a.m. The employee suffered cardiac arrest. The cause of death was non-traumatic cardiac arrest. unresponsive, and not breathing in his personal vehicle following his lunch break which began around 4:00 a.m. Prior to going to lunch, the employee was engaged in grinding. The work operation at the time of the incident was the employee, having finished his lunch break, went to sleep in his personal vehicle. A coworker reported finding the employee unresponsive in his vehicle, following signs of intoxication and open alcoholic beverages in his vehicle. The employee was checked in on again around 6:00 a.m. and reported breathing. Later, when the next management shift went to check on the employee, he was
