Event description

Employee fractures jaw and skull when pinned by mobile home

Investigation abstract

At 3:50 p.m. on November 2, 2021, an employee was removing a T-bracket connecting the bottoms of a triple-wide mobile home's sections A and B. The employee was on his back underneath the home when the dolly supporting front left of section A became dislodged and was no longer supporting the weight. When the bracket was partially removed, the front left side of the home fell on the employee pinning him under the home. The employee was hospitalized to treat a fractured jaw and skull.
