At 5:00 p.m. on September 9, 2021, an employee working as a Firefighter died from COVID-19. The employee had been on an emergency response call and had tended to a COVID-19 positive patient. The employee contracted COVID-19. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
