Investigation abstract
At 8:30 a.m. on March 10, 2022, Employee #1, Employee #2, and a coworker were di sassembling the pump jack scaffold. The pole on the pump jack scaffold came in c ontact with the high voltage power line. Employee #1 and Employee #2 were electr ocuted.
