Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee had worked as an Office Technician for a state government water narrative. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are also not included in the narrative. regulatory agency. The employee last worked on Friday, May 6, 2022. On Monday, May 9, 2022, the employee called off work and went for a COVID-19 test. On May 10, 2022, the employee received a positive test result. The employe was transported by ambulance to the hospital at 5:00 p.m. on May 13, 2022. The next day she was transferred to another hospital, where she died from kidney failure complicated by COVID-19 on the morning of May 23, 2022.
