Employee falls from elevated work platform and fractures ank
Investigation abstract
At approximately 6:30 p.m. on February 11, 2022, an employee was at loading dock 18, opened the loading dock door, and initiated opening the parked trailer door. Then, the truck pulled out, and the employee fell approximately 4 feet from dock edge/truck trailer to exterior ground level. The employee fractured the right ankle and was hospitalized to treat these injuries.
