Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working in a wood kitchen cabinet and countertop manufacturer when he attended a non-work related communal event on September 9, and 11, 2021. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on September 19, 2021 and did not return to work. The employee was admitted to the hospital on September 25, 2021 and remained in the hospital until he died on October 6, 2021.
