Investigation abstract
An employee was working as a quality control manager at a construction site and worked primarily in the construction trailer. The employer had a COVID-19 outbreak on the construction site and was working with the public health department. The employer required all employees to wear face coverings and social distancing was enforced. The employee's last work day was on December 8, 2021. The employee contacted the employer and stated that she was experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and was being admitted into the hospital on December 16, 2021. The employee successfully recovered from her infection.
