EMPLOYEE IS STRUCK BY UTV BUGGY AND INJURE KNEE AND THIGH
Investigation abstract
At approximately 10:30 p.m. on February 13, 2022, a coworker was retracting the fuel hose in the back side of a vehicle. Then, the coworker was operating a util ity buggy and ran into the employee and pinned him against the back bumper of hi s fuel truck. The coworker worked for a staffing agency. The employee was hospi talized to treat injuries to the left knee and left thigh injury.
