At 5:15 p.m. on January 6, 2022, Employee #1 and Employee #2 worked on a commercial roof. At some point, the plywood the employee's stood on moved and both employees fell approximately forty-two feet. Employee #1 was killed and Employee #2 was hospitalized to treat unspecified injuries.
