Event description
Employee's toe is amputated after box falls on foot
Investigation abstract
It is unclear what type of PPE the employee was using at the time of the could pick up his paycheck and indicated he was hospitalized and preparing to have surgery to amputate the affected toe due to an accident at this worksite.
