Investigation abstract
An employee was working for a medical center when she contracted COVID-19. The employee suffered from long COVID-19 symptoms including with low oxygen levels and breathing difficulty. The employee was admitted to the hospital at 4:00 p.m. on May 2, 2022, to treat the low oxygen levels nine months after testing positive for COVID-19.
