Employee is killed after stung by bees
Investigation abstract
At 8:54 a.m. on October 4, 2022, an employee was driving a tractor, mulching cuttings on a road. A swarm of bees attacked the employee and two coworkers. The employee died of cardiac arrest due to an allergy to bee stings.
