At 3:30 p.m. on June 2, 2024, an employee working as a janitor for a hospital was walking towards a trash can when she fell over backwards. The employee died from what appears to be natural causes, but she did strike her head from the fall. Cause of death is unknown at this time, but preliminarily reported as natural causes.
