Employee is killed in fall from roof while installing commun

Investigation abstract

At 9:30 a.m. on June 19, 2024, Employee #1, a 63-year-old electrician, was installing low voltage communication wires on the roof of a building approximately 12 feet above the ground. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell approximately 12 feet off the edge of the roof to the ground below. The employee sustained severe head injuries in the fatal incident.
