Investigation abstract
Medical examiner determined cause of death to be non-work-related. approximately 9:00am. Employee #1 was treated on site by employer's onsite medic team from 12:30 pm until 3:30 pm when he left for home. Employee #1 was later found dead. medical team from 12:30 p.m. until 3: 30 p.m. when he left the site and went home. At approximately 5:00 p.m., coworkers found the employee unresponsive in his residence. The employee was transferred to the county medical examiner's office. He had died from unknown causes, but heat was likely a factor.
