Investigation abstract

At 11:30 a.m. on August 29, 2024, Employee #1 had finished working on a blasting unit that moved on an auger system and was in the process of collecting his tools. After a period of time, the employee was found missing and was later discovered caught in the auger system. Emergency responders were called, and the incident resulted in a fatality.
