At approximately 12:27 p.m. on April 19, 2024, the employee, a 63-year-old male, was on his way home in the company delivery vehicle after completing his rounds for the day. As he pulled onto his street, two individuals attempted to rob him. During the robbery, both assailants pulled guns, and the employee, who was legally permitted to carry a concealed weapon, fired shots in self-defense.
