Employee becomes unresponsive and falls inside camper

Investigation abstract

At 2:45 p.m. on August 26, 2024, Employee #1 was working inside a camper, repairing floor molding. While preparing to repair wall molding, the employee's skin coloration turned white, and they began having difficulty breathing. The employee became unresponsive and fell to the floor inside the camper. Emergency response was called to assist the employee. The employee died.
