At 5:30 a.m. on September 16, 2024, Employee #1 was preparing to replace the blade on a band saw when he appeared to suffer a heart attack. Emergency services were called, but the employee later died. The cause of death was determined to be a heart attack, and no traumatic injuries were involved in the incident. There were no other workers in the area at the time. The employer was notified, and the incident was documented as a medical emergency.
