Employee dies from natural causes after losing consciousness
Investigation abstract
At approximately 10:30 p.m. on February 24, 2025, Employee #1 who had been moving pallets into trailers went to the break room after completing tasks. While on break, the employee lost consciousness. It was determined Employee #1 passed away due to natural causes. This is not covered by OSHA.
