Employee dies from aneurysm while weaving shingles on roof

Investigation abstract

At 9:30 a.m. on February 27, 2025,Employee #1 was working as a roofer and was weaving shingles together on the valley of a residential roof. The employee collapsed. Employee #1 was found laying down on the roof with shortness of breath. Employee #1 died from an aneurysm due to combination of an overdose and cardiovascular disease. This is not overed by OSHA.
