Employee collapses and dies from natural causes
Investigation abstract
At 9:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025, Employee #1 was working on the third floor of a school. After clocking out at approximately 9:11 p.m., the employee was heading toward the exit on the opposite side of the cafeteria when he collapsed on the floor. It was determined that Employee #1 died from natural causes. This is not covered by OSHA.
