EMPLOYEE SERIOUSLY INJURED BY FALLING BOOM
Investigation abstract
Employee #1, while attempting to remove bottom boom pins on a boom was seriously injured when a boom fell on him. Employee #1 was hospitalized in intensive care unit with fractured leg, internal injuries, and serious back problems. The boom was neither blocked nor cubbed.
