EMPLOYEE #1, THE FOREMAN FOR THE IRONWORKERS, CLIMBED UP THE VENTILATION DUCTWOR K TRUSS TO GET SOME INSTRUCTION FROM THE GROUND. WITHIN MINUTES HE SUFFERED A HE ART ATTACK AND FELL ABOUT 13 FEET TO THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING. CPR WAS ADMINISTE RED BUT EMPLOYEE #1 COULD NOT BE REVIVED.
