Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE STANDING ON A 5-FOOT STEP LADDER WAS TROUBLESHOOTING A FLUORESCENT L IGHTING INSTALLATION. THE LIGHTS WERE ENERGIZED AT 277 VOLTS AT THE TIME. THE EM PLOYEE CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
