Employee killed in fall from fourth floor
Investigation abstract
At 1:30 a.m. on March 22, 1988, Employee #1 was not at his assigned work area bu t was on the fourth floor of the hotel's atrium. The employee either fell or jum ped over the standard 42 in. high railing, landing approximately 30 feet below o n the second floor. Employee #1 died at 8:30 a.m. on March 24, 1988.
