Employee's arm fractured when caught by coil
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was starting to run a coil on a rolling mill. As he wrapped the stri p on the take-up reel to smooth out a wrinkle on the strip steel, his hand and a rm became caught in the running coil. Employee #1's arm was fractured.
