Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 FELL 18 FEET TO HIS DEATH FROM THE TOP OF A FURNACE THAT WAS BEING D ISMANTLED. HE FELL OVER THE EDGE AS HE WAS DROPPING A CHAIN TO THE FLOOR.
