EMPLOYEE #1, WITH TEN MONTH'S WORK EXPERIENCE AS AN OPERATOR, WAS CUTTING A PIEC E OF PLYWOOD ON AN UNGUARDED TABLE SAW. THE PLYWOOD KICKED BACK, STRUCK THE OPER ATOR AND BROKE HIS PELVIS.
