AN EMPLOYEE WAS USING A BOOM TRUCK TO HANG A SIGN. THE BOOM ON THE TRUCK CONTACT ED A 13-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
