Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A BOOM TO UNLOAD STEEL GIRDERS. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS D IRECTING THE OPERATION AND GUIDING THE GIRDERS. THE LOAD LINE CONTACTED AN OVERH EAD POWER LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE DIRECTING THE OPERATION.
