Investigation abstract
AN EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING THE HOOK AND BALL OF A CRANE TOWARD FORKS USED TO LIFT JE RSEY BARRIERS. THE CRANE'S LOAD LINE CONTACTED A 13.8-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LI NE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
