EMPLOYEE #1 CAUGHT HER THUMB BETWEEN THE TWO TIPS OF A SPOT WELDING MACHINE. HER THUMB WAS SEVERELY PINCHED, RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF HER THUMBNAIL AND A PIECE OF THE TIP OF HER THUMB.
